Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in construction, with strong experience in construction project management.
• Licensed Civil Engineer with track record in large-scale projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and contractors simultaneously.
• Strong background in contractor and stakeholder management.
• Experience handling projects with demanding timelines and expansion-driven delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from planning through completion.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, milestones, and execution.
• Ensure construction activities align with approved plans, specs, and requirements.
• Identify and address issues that may affect timelines or delivery.
• Manage coordination with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Drive projects toward timely completion and successful turnover.
• Ensure proper coordination leading to project completion and turnover readiness.
