Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Development Officer in Makati with fieldwork. The role drives origination, feasibility, and commercial planning for solar, BESS, and hybrids, coordinating with regulators and financiers.

You will lead multi-disciplinary workstreams from land acquisition to interconnection, and build a robust project pipeline. The position requires hands-on development experience, strong communication in English, and the ability to navigate regulatory processes in the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
PRC-licensed designation is a plus for engineering backgrounds.
3+ years in project development, business development, or energy/infrastructure.
Experience with project finance, due diligence, or lender coordination preferred.
Experience with Philippine DOE, ERC and LGUs advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify renewable energy project opportunities.
Lead development plans covering land, permitting, grid interconnection, and financing.
Coordinate with regulators for timelines and approvals.
Oversee land acquisition, ROW, and stakeholder engagement.
Prepare investment memoranda and lender materials.
Build and maintain project pipeline database.
