Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Project Cost Controller in Manila to support project managers with financial control across the project lifecycle. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, reconciliations and reporting to ensure on-time delivery of major infrastructure projects.

You will work with the project teams and finance colleagues, maintain financial visibility, and help drive accurate cost performance and governance in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project cost control or project services support.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.
• Familiarity with Contruent or similar project controls systems.
• Experience with project financial reporting and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of ProjectWise, Primavera P6, Workday and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project financial administration, tracking budgets, costs, commitments, and forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain project financial reports, cost forecasts, and project performance data.
• Assist with monthly project reconciliations, invoicing processes, and monitoring project variations.
• Ensure project financial information is accurate, current, and aligned with business and client requirements.
• Updating Project Managers and stakeholders on project financial status, risks, and opportunities.
• Supporting project setup, budgeting, and financial governance processes within company systems.
• Maintaining project records and documentation within relevant project management platforms.
• Collaborating with project teams to improve financial controls, reporting accuracy, and project performance.
• Managing multiple project priorities while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and financial controls.
• Building effective working relationships with Project Managers, finance teams, and other key stakeholders.
