Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Specialist, Project Financial Management to provide end-to-end support for client engagements across the project lifecycle. You will act as the central point for project management activities, including time tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting, helping to optimize revenue, costs, utilization, and margins.

In this role you will work with global teams, maintain Workday project data, and ensure compliance with Aurecon policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role and an accounting background is required.
• Part or full CPA/CA qualification pursued or completed is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point for project financial management activities across the project lifecycle.
• Set up and maintain revenue and non revenue projects in Workday with accuracy and SLAs.
• Assist in invoicing, project closures, and revenue recognition processes.
• Ensure data integrity in ERP and support monthly close activities.
• Collaborate with ANZ Project Accountants and Workday IT for issue resolution and updates.
