Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Controls professional to develop, implement, and maintain cost control and scheduling functions on complex projects in Manila. The role reports to the Project Controls Manager and requires collaboration with internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience, and advanced MS Office skills. Night shift work and three days on-site per week are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Willing to work fixed night shift and 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Works with company financial systems and processes.
• Develops proficiency in core cost control and planning systems.
• Understands financial terminology and measures and their impact on project actions.
• Assists in analyzing financial data to identify key project issues.
• Uses drawings and specifications to establish baseline data for projects.
• Assists in assembling data for trending and forecasting.
• Prepares analysis of progress trends and cost impact; reviews contractor invoices.
