Aprio is seeking a Manager, Transaction Advisory Services to join its Advisory - Finance Advisory Team in a hybrid Philippines-based role. You will plan and supervise financial due diligence for private equity and strategic buyers/sellers across industries, interfacing with executives and guiding junior staff.

The role emphasizes strong GAAP knowledge, client relationship building, and cross-sell opportunities while offering a competitive package and hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with private equity engagements or advisory services.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor juniors.
• Experience in transaction advisory and due diligence preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and complete financial/accounting due diligence for private equity and strategic buyers/sellers.
• Engage client executives and build strong relationships.
• Analyze historical financial data and operating results; interview buyers/sellers.
• Comment on financial position and operating results of targets.
• Supervise seniors and associates; provide performance feedback.
• Support proposals, build client relationships and participate in business development.
• Manage client expectations, deliverables and deadlines; lead change efforts.
• Foster cross-sell opportunities across Aprio services.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams at all levels.
• Demonstrate leadership and mentoring across advisory teams.
