Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks an AVP for Project Advisory, Infrastructure Advisory, and Corporate Finance Advisory. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of experience and strong client-facing skills across M&A, PE, and valuation.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in project advisory, infrastructure advisory or corporate finance advisory.
Strong financial modelling skills and excellent presentation/communication abilities.
Experience in M&A and private equity, fund raising, valuation, and deal structuring.

Responsibilities

Lead a regional team of product managers and industry specialists within corporate finance.
Originate business across product lines and manage complex financial arrangements.
Develop client relationships with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, investors or government agencies.
Drive negotiations, close transactions, ensure quality deal documentation.
Mentor junior team members and drive end-to-end transaction execution.
