Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in project advisory, infrastructure advisory or corporate finance advisory.
• Strong financial modelling skills and excellent presentation/communication abilities.
• Experience in M&A and private equity, fund raising, valuation, and deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of product managers and industry specialists within corporate finance.
• Originate business across product lines and manage complex financial arrangements.
• Develop client relationships with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, investors or government agencies.
• Drive negotiations, close transactions, ensure quality deal documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and drive end-to-end transaction execution.
