Job summary

Austal Philippines is seeking an experienced Programs Manager for our Philippines shipyard. You will oversee program execution from planning to delivery, ensuring projects meet cost and schedule targets while upholding Austal standards.

Responsibilities include leading the programs team, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering (Naval Architecture or Mechanical).
• 10+ years of work experience, preferably in aluminium shipbuilding industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English communications.
• Proven expertise in contract management, cost control and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipyard programs from planning to delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget construction.
• Lead project scheduling, resource forecasting, material planning, and cost analysis.
• Direct management of programs personnel including recruitment, training and performance management.
