Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking a Program Manager to establish and scale our seller support strategy in Mexico. You will drive cross-functional programs, build scalable processes, and implement automation to improve seller experience across the region.

In a highly ambiguous environment, you will partner with stakeholders, analyze metrics, and shape the roadmap, balancing operational excellence with strategic vision to support fast growth of seller services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production executives management experience.
• 3+ years of operations management in a contact centre environment experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, charts and pivot tables.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of programs from inception, managing cross-functional initiatives in Mexico.
• Identify business problems with stakeholders and implement automation and scalable solutions.
• Analyze program metrics to identify risks and drive continuous improvements in seller experience.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Balance short-term operational needs with long-term program vision.
