Job summary

Scalepex, a dynamic nearshore services firm, is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and lifecycle of digital products in a fully remote, agile environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery while measuring impact with KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital or software environment.
• Proven track record delivering digital products, ideally in B2B or service-based settings.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proficient with Jira, Trello, Asana, or Productboard.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or related field.

• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities based on strategy and client needs.
• Gather and analyze data to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and specs.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Scalepex, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of digital products that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineering, design, operations, and client stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery in a fully remote and agile environment.

• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities based on company strategy and client needs.
• Gather and analyze data to identify customer problems and opportunities for product improvement.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Manage product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Prioritize backlog items using data-driven decision-making and stakeholder input.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, updates, and risks.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital or software-driven environment.
• Proven success managing and launching digital products, ideally in B2B or service-based settings.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Productboard.
• Advanced English proficiency is required (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with user research or UX design processes.
• Background working with nearshore or remote global teams.
• Familiarity with customer success or call center operations is a plus.
