Job summary

SID Global is seeking a senior program manager to lead IT development and solution delivery for financial services. You will oversee Cash Management, Loan Origination, and Loan Management initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders and external vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and effective communication to ensure successful deployments and adoption of core banking changes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Over 8 years of experience in IT development and/or solution delivery for financial services
• Experienced in implementing Cash Management solution/s in financial institutions
• Deep technology background with good understanding of SW and Vendor landscapes
• Project management skills around planning, risk management and issue management
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Have led a team of minimum 5 composed of developers/analyst/project and/or delivery managers leading to a successful deployment of projects of more than 6 months’ duration
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors
• Identify and monitor risks and issues associated with the program and taking corrective measures
• Provide comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and governance forums
• Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new core banking system by all users

Responsibilities

• Plan the overall program, monitor progress, and manage the budget, ensuring progress against milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required
• Provide comprehensive reports on program progress to senior management and governance forums
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors
• Identify and monitor risks and issues, and take corrective actions including working with teams to develop solution options
• Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new core banking system by all users
• Act as primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment
• Oversee cash management, loan origination, and loan management implementations in financial institutions
• Lead a team of minimum five professionals across developers, analysts, and delivery managers for deployments longer than six months
