Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in program management
• 8+ years IT development/solution delivery for financial services
• Experience implementing Cash Management solutions in financial institutions
• Deep technology background with understanding of software and vendor landscapes
• Project management skills: planning, risk, issue management
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Plan the overall program, monitor progress, and manage the budget
• Ensure progress against milestones with coordinated implementation
• Act as liaison among IT, business units, executive management, and vendors
• Provide comprehensive reports on program progress to senior management
• Lead a team of developers/analysts/delivery managers for multi-month deployments
• Facilitate training and change management for smooth core banking adoption
