Job summary

Anglicotech Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager/Joint Planning Office Chief with immediate availability to translate the MOC and campaign plan into a disciplined six-month program that delivers 11 government decision-making products on schedule, integrates government and industry teams, and protects the Government Arsenal’s ongoing production.

Location: Manila/Government Arsenal; reports to the Joint Planning Working Group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex defense, industrial, infrastructure, acquisition, or engineering programs.
• Program leadership of portfolios at least $25M.
• Ability to work in the Philippines and travel to GA sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily JPO operations and act as principal integrator among AT PH/PDG, GA, DND, AFP, advisers, OEMs, and financing workstreams.
• Own scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, actions, quality reviews, and deliverable configuration.
• Translate executive direction into work packages; chair weekly internal groups and support joint steering committee reviews.
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts among industrial, supply-chain, facilities, finance, modernization, technology, and legal teams.
• Maintain alignment of industrial plans, capital models, and ten-year roadmaps.
