Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably supporting U.S. Government or DoD customers.
• DoD contracting experience with government contracts, task orders, deliverables, and compliance.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics experience including facility management and operational leadership.
• Strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor degree required; MBA/Master's preferred; ability to relocate to the Philippines within 60 days.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all phases of projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as the primary contact for government customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and performance metrics; track progress.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations; monitor expenditures for contract compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate critical issues and propose solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including subcontractors and vendors to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, security requirements, and terms.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, and documentation for reviews and meetings.
• Oversee change management and contract amendments; support proposals and program closeout.
