Job summary

The ideal candidate will have PgMP/PMP/CCM certifications and at least a decade of program management experience, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• PgMP, PMP or CCM certification required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing complex engineering/construction programs.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable intelligence for executives.
• Strong risk management, feasibility analysis and program controls expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale engineering and construction programs across multiple installations.
• Provide feasibility evaluations, construction methodologies, and resource allocation strategies.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated Program Risk Register with mitigation plans.
• Deliver risk assessments, progress reports, and actionable recommendations for portfolio controls.
• Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.
