Planate Management Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale, complex engineering and construction programs across multiple military installations in the Philippines. The role focuses on synthesizing complex project data into actionable intelligence for Government leadership to maintain proactive program controls, budget discipline, and schedule alignment.

Must hold PgMP, PMP, or CCM certification.
Minimum 10 years’ experience managing complex engineering/construction programs.
Ability to synthesize data into actionable intelligence for senior leadership.
Strong expertise in risk management, feasibility analysis, and program controls.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

Direct large-scale engineering and construction programs across multiple sites.
Provide feasibility evaluations, construction methodology recommendations, and resource allocation strategies.
Establish and maintain a consolidated Program Risk Register; quantify impacts and mitigation plans.
Deliver regular risk assessments, progress reports, and actionable recommendations for proactive controls.
Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.
