Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager in Batangas/Tanauan, Philippines, onsite. You will lead expansion timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage executive stakeholders to ensure critical milestones are achieved.

You will establish program scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans while driving meetings, action minutes, and decisions with engineering, quality, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5–7 years in program/project management, industrialization, manufacturing engineering or operations.
• 2–3 years leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion timeline and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Manage executive stakeholders, track critical path milestones, and facilitate decisions.
• Write action minutes, negotiate priorities, and present to operators through senior leaders.
• Establish program scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, governance, budget, and resource plans.
