Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of program management or related experience.
• 2–3 years leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion timeline and cross‑functional team coordination.
• Manage executive stakeholders and critical path milestones.
• Write action minutes, negotiate priorities, and present to operators through senior leaders.
• Establish program scope, deliverables, milestones, governance and budgets.
