Job summary

Collins Aerospace PH is seeking an experienced program manager to lead major aerospace programs from inception to delivery. You will develop and maintain schedules, identify risks, manage budgets, and report status to the PMT and executives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, PMP is preferred, and a track record in leading cross-functional teams. You will collaborate across functions to ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• PMP certification from PMI.org preferred.
• Master’s degree in business management preferred.
• Proven track record in project or program management and team leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication with higher management and production/support teams.
• Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understanding of project management, Lean Production System (TPS), APQP, EASA, ISO9100.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of programs and provide program control for successful completion of objectives and deliverables.
• Develop, maintain and update integrated program schedules and identify critical paths, risks, mitigations and recovery actions.
• Identify and manage program bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Provide and maintain program reports and communicate status to the PMT.
• Coordinate with PMT and help develop/maintain program documentation, change proposals and budgets.
• Handle low to high risk programs, multiple interrelated programs, or portions of larger programs.
• Support development of policies and procedures for program execution.
• Interface with cross-functional teams daily and lead a cross-functional team up to executive level.
