Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Tanauan, Philippines is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex aerospace programs onsite. The role focuses on program control, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with PMT and executive teams.

You will drive documentation, budgeting, policy development, and EHS compliance while coordinating multiple interrelated programs to meet objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.
• Master’s degree in business management preferred.
• Proven track record in project or program management with team leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with management and production/support teams.
• Working knowledge of Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understanding of PM, Lean Production System, APQP, EASA, ISO9100.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of programs and provide program control to facilitate completion of objectives and deliverables.
• Develop, maintain and update integrated program schedules; identify critical path, risks, mitigation plans, and recovery actions.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Provide and maintain program reports; communicate status to the PMT.
• Collaborate with PMT to develop and maintain program documentation; manage budget and financials.
• Handle low to high risk programs and multiple interrelated programs.
• Support development of policies and procedures for program execution.
• Interface with cross-functional teams daily and coordinate with management up to the executive level.
• Adhere to EHS practices and report hazards for safety.
