• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of PM experience in global or GBS environments.
• Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional programs on time and within budget.
• Experience in matrixed global organizations and influencing senior leaders without formal authority.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects within the GBS portfolio.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across regions.
• Institute governance frameworks and track performance with dashboards and reviews.
• Provide strategic direction for program delivery and drive regional consistency.
• Advance change management, training, and adoption activities for programs.
