Job summary

Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic IT and business transformation projects across global operations.

You will lead cross-regional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality standards through PMO governance. The role requires strong stakeholder management, enterprise IT delivery experience, and proficiency with ERP/CRM deployments and PMO methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience delivering complex enterprise projects.
• Proven track record with ERP/CRM deployments (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, QAD) across multi-region environments.
• Strong governance, risk and stakeholder-management capabilities in fast-paced global settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT and business transformation projects, including platform transformations and system implementations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and RAID logs.
• Define scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders and ensure governance.
• Track progress, milestones and budget, escalate issues to PMO and IT leadership as needed.
• Adhere to IT PMO standards and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional, cross-regional teams (North America, LATAM, Europe, Africa, Asia).
