Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Project Management Associate in the Philippines to report to the Transformation Department Head. You will plan, coordinate and oversee company projects to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities include detailed project planning, stakeholder collaboration, vendor communication, documentation, risk mitigation, and executive interaction in a multicultural setting. Basic compensation is Php 50,000–60,000 with allowances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are accurately planned and project goals are achievable.
• Interact and collaborate closely with the stakeholders.
• Communicate and cooperate with Software/System vendors.
• Ensures that information is captured and disseminate to all stakeholders
• Prepare Project documents such as, Project charter, Workplan, Communication plan etc.
• Able to mitigate Project Risk
• Able to communicate/ work with Senior Executives in a multicultural context.
