Proj/Program Mgmt Manager Sr (PHL)
8:00 PM to 5:00AM (Philippines)
Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Ensures training rooms, production space, meeting rooms, etc. are being efficiently utilized. Serves as the Program Management Office (PMO) point of contact; partners with Business and support functions to ensure work runs smoothly (includes planning for requirements such as laptop, monitors, phones, licenses etc.); serves as a liaison with PMO stateside and various leaders at Carelon Global Solutions Philippines in order to provide an overall program update. Ensures transition timelines are in coordination with business needs. Manages demand & supply tracking in association with business, HR & Finance. Partners with Real Estate & Project Management team from design stage through delivery of facility, and Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. Leads and designs processes and systems that support business needs. Leads efforts to identify best practices. Designs methods for integrating functions and processes. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit. Facilitates identification of leadership's priorities and establishment of goals within the context of a designated journey plan. Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 5-8 years of process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
