Job summary

You will coordinate with HR, PC and IE to ensure resources and schedules align with the production plan. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering, has at least 2 years in manufacturing (semiconductor preferred), and demonstrates strong people management, excellent communication, and a lean mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Electrical/Electronics) required.
• Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing; semiconductor industry preferred.
• Experience in people management is advantageous.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and waste reduction practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and organize workflow; communicate expectations and evaluate results.
• Maintain production plans by scheduling personnel and prioritizing tasks.
• Ensure quality standards and safe working environment; troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Implement cost reductions and improve cycle times; monitor production performance.
