Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related technical course.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes particular in PCB assembly, testing, harnessing & packing.
• With experience in production planning, manpower control, and output monitoring.
• With strong understanding of quality systems (ISO, SOPs, work instructions).
• Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement & able to analyze defects, downtime, and yield issues.
• Has strong leadership skills to manage supervisors, lineleaders and operators, make sound decisions, handle production pressure, and communicate well with different teams.
• Experienced in people management, safety and compliance, and basic computer use for reports and coordination.
