Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a production leadership candidate to oversee PCB assembly, testing and packing, and to lead supervisors, line leaders and operators. The role focuses on driving output and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive production planning, manpower control and monitoring, ensuring ISO/SOP compliance and implementing 5S and Kaizen improvements while coordinating with QA, HR and other support teams. Strong communication and people management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical course in related field.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and PCB assembly.
• Familiarity with ISO/SOP quality systems.
• Leadership to manage supervisors, line leaders and operators.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors, line leaders and operators in production areas.
• Analyze defects, downtime and yield issues to drive improvements.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across production.
• Communicate effectively with QA, HR and other support teams.
