Job summary

Noblelink Inc. in Pasig, Metro Manila is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily assembly and refurbishment operations for electronics.

You will plan manpower, implement procedures to maximize efficiency, monitor KPI like FPY and downtime, and ensure safety and 5S discipline. Collaboration with Engineering, QA, Warehouse, HR, and Impex will be essential, with focus on Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in production supervision or manufacturing management, preferably in electronics assembly/refurbishment and PEZA-registered firms.
• Knowledgeable in PEZA policies and documentation related to production and material handling.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or related continuous improvement tools.
• Good communication skills (oral & written) and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP, or other production monitoring systems.
• Willing to work flexible hours or shifting schedule depending on production demands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations in assembly and refurbishment of electronic devices.
• Plan, organize, and monitor manpower allocation to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Implement production procedures to maximize efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize defects.
• Monitor and analyze KPI such as productivity, efficiency, FPY, and downtime.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, 5S, housekeeping, and company discipline policies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Impex, and HR for smooth workflow.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Prepare and submit production reports to management.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to enhance skills and maintain a high-performance team.
