Job summary

NOBLELINK INC is seeking a Production Supervisor or Assistant Manager to lead daily assembly and refurbishment operations, plan manpower, and drive on-time production.

This role requires hands-on leadership, PEZA familiarity, and strong emphasis on Lean, Kaizen, and KPI monitoring. The ideal candidate will coach staff, coordinate across departments, and ensure safety and 5S compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in production supervision or manufacturing management.
• Knowledge of PEZA policies and documentation related to production and material handling.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or related continuous improvement tools.
• Good communication skills (oral & written) and cross-department coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP, or other production monitoring systems.
• Willing to work flexible hours or shifting schedules depending on production demands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations in assembly and refurbishment of electronic devices.
• Plan, organize, and monitor manpower allocation to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Implement production procedures to maximize efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize defects.
• Monitor and analyze KPI such as productivity, efficiency, FPY, and downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules, 5S, housekeeping, and company discipline policies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Impex, HR for smooth workflow.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Prepare and submit production reports to management.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to enhance skills and maintain a high-performance team.
