Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for an insurance technology platform.

The ideal candidate is an experienced **Product Manager—not a Product Owner** with a proven track record of owning product strategy, defining roadmaps, identifying customer and business opportunities, and leading products from discovery through execution and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or Lead Product Manager.

• Proven experience owning product strategy, vision, prioritization, and roadmap development.

• Extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products, processes, workflows, and business challenges.

• Strong practical knowledge and fluency in AI, including the ability to identify and apply AI opportunities to enhance products, automate processes, and improve customer and business outcomes.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and senior stakeholders.

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience building, launching, scaling, or significantly improving technology products.

• Experience with InsurTech, insurance platforms, enterprise SaaS, or complex workflow products is highly preferred.
