Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of relevant work experience with a degree, or five+ with advanced degree or two with PhD.
• Experience in product development and management within financial or fintech industries.
• Experience as product manager, product owner, business process analyst, or sales operations.
• Experience applying Agile principles across design, development, testing, and product management.
• Experience developing software capabilities to support sales, service, or CRM functions.
• Experience in project management and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and financial acumen.
• Ability to collaborate across organizations and manage complex projects.
• Experience leveraging industry trends to develop products and digital offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies across growth pillars like Cross-Border, Affluent, Everyday Spend, and Emerging Solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product initiatives from identification through implementation and performance tracking.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Account Executives, and regional product teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as market expert ensuring local strategies align with market realities and client priorities.
• Drive portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and support revenue objectives.
• Build strategic relationships with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, merchants, and ecosystem partners.
• Influence prioritization, investments, and market strategy using data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
• Support long-term market and product plans to strengthen leadership across segments.
