Job summary

Visa is a world leader in payments technology, enabling transactions across more than 200 countries. The Role: Manage Visa client implementations, establish scope, and guide client consultations on regulations, fees, features, and functionality to structure effective deployment.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal resources, maintaining project plans, and ensuring performance standards while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's or Advanced Degree.
• Experience in banking or financial services industries or a technical support role.
• Experience in managing project plans, status reports, and issues logs.
• Experience in coordinating internal and external resources for project delivery.
• Experience in troubleshooting and documenting technical issues.
• Experience in client consultative guidance and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management of implementations for Visa client institutions and processors in assigned region.
• Manage routine and non-routine processing and change requests, as well as support client initiatives.
• Act as liaison for the client, provide problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, service change support, and system enhancement support.
• Coordinate internal resources to accomplish Visa and client objectives and ensure processing system performance standards are met.
• Assess operational opportunities to increase service quality or efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs.
• Build and enhance positive working relationships with Visa client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders.
