Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience shipping digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design for complex systems, ideally in payments/fintech.
• Solid understanding of payment systems, user needs, and pain points.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for payment flows on web and mobile.
• Deliver high-quality UI/UX deliverables that meet product and business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders for seamless implementation.
• Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Apply user insights to create intuitive and reliable payment experiences.
• Suggest design optimizations to improve usability and conversion.
