Infoser Technological solutions, Hardware, Big Data Experts is seeking a passionate Data Engineer to join our digital team in Romblon, Philippines. In this role, you will develop innovative data solutions in an Azure environment, owning data workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, experience with data pipelines, and proficiency in programming languages like Python or Spark. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with version control, data modeling, and pipeline development.
• Proficiency in at least one analytics/programming language: Python, Spark, or Scala.

In this role, you will play a key part in enabling data‑driven business decisions and supporting advanced analytics use cases through scalable, high‑quality data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of data workflows: ingestion, storage, modeling, and pipeline development.
• Design and build robust, scalable data pipelines to support diverse business needs.
• Develop data-driven solutions and analytics for a wide range of use cases.
• Support foundational data products and next‑best‑experience (NBx) initiatives in Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional digital teams to implement best practices in big data and data engineering.
• Apply strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Communicate effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of big data platforms and architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with: Version control (Git)
• Data modeling and pipeline development
• CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
• Proficiency in at least one analytics/programming language: Python, Spark, or Scala
• Experience working with: Databricks, Data Factory, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
