Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a senior Quality Assurance leader to guide Product Assurance Managers and act as SME for product assurance and testing practices. You will uphold Globe's standards, ensuring products align with customer needs and the CX journey.

You will embed QA frameworks and oversee quality checks across development stages. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, people management, and providing actionable recommendations to improve product/experience development.

Qualifications

• 10 years in Quality Assurance, Testing, BPM and CI.
• 5 years in Product Assurance Lead role or department management.
• LSS Greenbelt certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Product Assurance Managers and serve as SME for product assurance and testing practices.
• Ensure quality standards across product development to meet customer needs and Globe CX journey.
• Integrate quality across all development episodes and embed QA framework.
• Conduct quality checks at each stage of product/experience development and perform RCAs.
• Stakeholder management and guidance/training for PA Managers.
