Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Quality - Quality Assurance, Testing, BPM and CI.
• 5 years experience in Product Assurance Lead Role (Department Management).
• At least LSS Greenbelt Certified.
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads, teaches, guides and supports PA Managers.
• SME for Product Assurance and testing practices.
• Upholds quality standards in product development and CX journey.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to product/experience development.
• Ensure timely communication and mitigation of findings with stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to PA Managers.
