Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, CS, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or similar discipline is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Revenue Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or Data Analytics.
• Experience delivering recommendations that influenced product, pricing, or commercial decisions.
• Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product, service, and channel performance against revenue, profitability, and customer engagement targets.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities, pricing optimization initiatives, and areas of revenue leakage.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance scorecards for product leadership.
• Build business cases, forecasts, and financial models to support product and commercial decisions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and reporting frameworks.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from databases, APIs, data warehouses, and external sources.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, Python scripts, and automated reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, documentation, and quality controls.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and governance processes.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
