Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Analytics Advisory Manager for a hybrid role in Taguig. The executive position will report to Insights & Intelligence Project Lead and drive advanced analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities include designing analytics solutions using ML and BI tools, analyzing processes to boost performance, coordinating with clients and internal teams, presenting demos, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from at least a 4-year course related to Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Information Systems
• At least 8 years of Analytics experience
• Strong understanding of F&A or Contact Center processes is preferred
• Knowledge of Python is preferred
• Intermediate+ level in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong client management and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using statistical modeling, machine learning, and BI tools to support business performance, generate actionable insights, and drive operational efficiency
• Use data-driven techniques to generate business insights, analyze process performance, and drive business value
• Account Management and coordination with client and internal teams to understand business needs, help design the solution and manage its implementation
• Conduct demos of key analytics offerings for clients and internal teams
• Train and mentor junior members of the team
