Accenture in the Philippines seeks a senior Data & AI leader to drive MMM and CDP programs across global clients. You will shape measurement frameworks, lead cross‑functional teams, and advance AI-enabled analytics workflows with agentic capabilities.

You will collaborate with cloud architects and data engineers to deploy enterprise analytics platforms and deliver measurable growth across marketing ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in MMM, CDP, data engineering or related consulting.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and senior client engagements.
• Marketing domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MMM programs across Bayesian/hierarchical and multiplicative modeling.
• Integrate MMM with measurement frameworks to guide media investment.
• Lead CDP strategy and implementation including identity resolution and segmentation.
• Apply Agentic AI to automate analytics tasks and accelerate decisions.
• Engage with CMOs, CDOs and Analytics leaders at global clients.
