Job summary

Maya in the Philippines is seeking a Product Analyst to translate data into actionable product insights that improve user experience and fuel growth. You’ll closely track product performance, build dashboards, and present findings to stakeholders.

A strong candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years in product analytics, and solid skills in SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization tools. Experience with fintech data and ML is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least two years of experience in product analytics or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python or R and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with fintech products is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Databricks, CleverTap, Firebase is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units, product managers, designers, and developers to define, track, and evaluate key performance metrics for Maya's products and services.
• Efficiently derive, clean and present data extractions to investigate, explore or evaluate existing Maya features.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and validate product features and improvements.
• Monitor the performance of new product features post-launch and recommend optimizations based on user feedback and data.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate and reliable tracking systems across products.
