Job summary

The role requires coordinating with suppliers, renewing permits, and aligning with cross-functional teams to optimize material availability. Candidates should have 2–3 years in procurement, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and familiarity with import/export regulations and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, SCM, or related field.
• 2–3 years in procurement and import purchasing; export experience is a plus.
• Proven sourcing, negotiation, and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, docs, and customs compliance.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies (DENR, BoC, BPI, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills for spend and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

A senior procurement role responsible for sourcing materials and overseeing import and export processes to ensure cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and supply continuity. Manages supplier negotiations, government permit renewals, and cross-functional coordination while identifying new and alternative imported materials to support operational and business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in procurement and import purchasing; export experience is an advantage
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
• Working knowledge of import/ export regulations, documentation, and customs compliance
• Experience coordinating with government agencies (DENR,Bureau of Customs, BPI, and related bodies)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct spend and cost analysis
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace
