Role Overview

Position: Lead Procurement / Supply Chain (Onsite). Reporting to the Supply Chain Senior Supervisor, the role holder will be responsible for leading, motivating, supervising, and developing the Program and/or Tactical Procurement Team to support cost, quality, and delivery targets within the Philippine Industrial Park.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for materials ranging from structural components to highly cosmetic parts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional groups to enable program milestone dates.
• Perform supply/demand analysis to determine internal effects on supply chain activities and supplier production, including item branch/master parameter adjustments for MRP execution.
• Review BOM releases, Engineering Change Notices, drawings, and other development documents that trigger MRP/demand changes and impact supplier schedules.
• Engage in cost‑saving activities and act as liaison for purchasing tasks, working closely with strategic sourcing to advance enterprise‑wide sourcing programs.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators such as supplier quality performance, on‑time delivery, inventory turnover, and material spend.
• Conduct supplier visits and evaluations for production schedule enablement.
• Report and roll out information to internal customers, clearly indicating areas requiring consideration or support.
• Serve as the Supply Chain point of contact to internal and external customers, including attendance at customer meetings and provision of reports.
• Develop and implement business processes to improve supply chain systems and process execution.
• Uphold high ethical standards and code of conduct in all dealings.
• Adhere to and participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, proactively reporting hazards and suggesting safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Purchasing, with at least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environment.
• No disciplinary action for one year; no current Performance Improvement Plan; at least one year in current position.
