Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking a seasoned Manager, Procurement in Pasig to lead end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, negotiations, and P2P processes. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Legal and IT to achieve cost savings, contract compliance, and governance while maintaining high ethical standards.

Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, driving supplier performance, managing spend analytics, and mentoring a procurement team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline required; MBA/PGDM preferred
• Professional certification in procurement/supply chain such as CIPS, CSCP, CPSM is a plus
• 10+ years of procurement experience, preferably with strategic sourcing and vendor relationships
• 2+ years’ experience managing and mentoring direct reports
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business needs, budgets, and objectives
• Lead sourcing activities: supplier ID, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, supplier selection
• Manage supplier base via market research, benchmarking, and alternate sourcing
• Build and maintain supplier relationships; monitor performance against requirements
• Lead negotiations for competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing and process improvements
• Oversee procure-to-pay: purchasing, orders, delivery, documentation
• Support supplier contracts: development, renewal, key terms, compliance
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and audits
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and others to optimize costs
• Support budgeting/forecasting: spend, savings, risks
• Prepare procurement reports/dashboards; track KPIs
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize processes
• Lead and develop procurement team; provide coaching
• Other duties; handle PHI in HIPAA-compliant manner
• Understand and comply with HIPAA and information security policies
