Transcom Worldwide (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Procurement Officer in Pasig to manage end-to-end procurement for assigned categories, drive cost efficiency, and ensure compliance while partnering with stakeholders.

You will lead strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, PO processing, and contract adherence, using data-driven insights and AI tools to optimize spend, negotiate SLAs, and deliver savings. The role suits a BPO/shared services environment with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related).
• 3–6+ years procurement/sourcing experience.
• Experience in BPO/shared services environment preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, including reporting, data consolidation, and analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation and reporting skills.
• Experience in Facilities Management/Department handling is a major advantage.
• Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Vendor Management: lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, and accreditation; negotiate pricing and SLAs.
• Procurement Operations: oversee timely processing of POs and monitor delivery timelines.
• Contracting & Compliance: prepare bid analyses, ensure policy and legal compliance, manage documentation.
• Cost & Savings Management: own and deliver procurement savings targets; track avoidance.
• Stakeholder Management: partner with business units to understand requirements and timelines.
• Process Improvement: drive procurement process improvements and AI-driven workflow optimizations.
