Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a PROCUREMENT SENIOR SPECIALIST in Metro Manila to lead end-to-end purchasing, cost analysis, and contract negotiation. You will optimize supply costs and vendor services while overseeing project procurement activities and bids.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, ERP experience, and proficiency in data analysis and KPI reporting to drive procurement excellence. Import compliance and supplier performance are also key focus areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or related field.
• 4+ years of purchasing experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Support all purchasing activities across operations and projects.
• Assist with asset management and inventory control.
• Conduct sourcing, establish supplier relationships, and negotiate terms.
• Maintain relationships with strategic suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Develop sourcing strategies and category plans to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and procurement best practices.
• Facilitate vendor selection, documentation, and performance monitoring.
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts for best value.
• Coordinate sourcing, negotiation, and importation of goods and services.
