Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Procurement Manager in Pasig to oversee end-to-end procurement for services, facilities, and multi-branch operations. You will lead supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and drive cost efficiencies while ensuring compliance with policies and budgets.

The role requires 5–7 years in procurement with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, strong vendor management skills, and proficiency in ERP and Excel. Based in Brgy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior role.
• Experience handling procurement for service operations, facilities management, or multi-branch organizations is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple procurement priorities.
• Willing to work in Brgy. Kalawaan, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and sourcing activities to support operations and service requirements.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
• Manage procurement of operational supplies, equipment, chemicals, tools, and office materials.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines and quality, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Support development and implementation of procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
• Review and approve purchase requests and purchase orders within limits.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Warehouse and other departments to align procurement with budgets.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and identify new suppliers to improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and internal controls.
• Analyze procurement data, monitor spending trends, and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in inventory control and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Supervise and guide purchasing staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to procedures.
• Support risk management by ensuring supplier reliability and contingency sourcing.
