Job summary

World Citi, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to supervise end-to-end procurement operations across its diversified businesses. You will oversee sourcing, purchase orders, vendor management, and ensure compliance with policies and budgets.

You will evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and contracts, monitor inventory, and prepare cost-saving analyses while leading and developing a team of procurement staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in procurement/purchasing, with 1–2 in a supervisory capacity
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
• Experience in conglomerate setting is an advantage
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement operations across WCG's diversified businesses
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budget guidelines, and audit requirements
• Monitor inventory/supply needs and coordinate with requesting departments accordingly
• Prepare procurement reports and cost-saving analyses
• Lead and develop team of procurement staff
