Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead the procurement team for the property management portfolio across multiple assets. The role focuses on achieving competitive pricing while ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs.

The ideal candidate has extensive sourcing and procurement experience in real estate or facilities management, with proven team leadership and strong negotiation skills to optimize contracts and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sourcing and procurement, with Real Estate/Facilities/Property Management exposure.
• Experience leading a team is required.
• Tender/bid evaluation and vendor management experience.
• Experience with energy procurement or eProcurement is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; SAP/eProcurement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes for the property management team.
• Source and evaluate the most competitive pricing for products and services.
• Review tender documents, evaluations, and quality checks.
• Maintain and update the approved vendor list.
• Plan and monitor procurement of term contracts and minor projects.
• Prepare reports and statistics for management review.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and SOPs.
• Audit procurement processes and documentation as needed.
