Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement professional to manage major goods and services across Mapletree entities in the Philippines. The role focuses on planning, organising and executing procurement activities for property management teams to achieve competitive pricing while complying with policies and SOPs.

The candidate will source, evaluate pricing, prepare tenders, maintain vendor data and ensure timely award of contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering / Science or its equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant FM procurement experience in real estate.
• Experience with QS/Contracts administration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance in execution of procurement activities for property management.
• Source and evaluate competitive pricing for products and services.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluations and quality checks.
• Review and update vendor lists; implement e-procurement sourcing.
• Plan and monitor term contracts and minor capital projects.
