Job summary

Western Digital Philippines invites a Lead Specialist IV to drive Process Excellence and AI-augmented program management within the Head Backend Operations. Design, deploy, and sustain CI programs, coaching professionals and aligning with strategic priorities to deliver measurable business impact.

You will lead AI-enhanced problem solving, mentor teams, and develop a comprehensive Process Excellence curriculum while partnering with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to maximize efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Operations field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in process improvement or CI.
• Experience in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Academic or professional exposure to AI, data analytics or innovation management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Process Excellence programs aligned to Ops strategy.
• Incorporate AI-enabled tools into problem-solving and DMAIC.
• Mentor professionals and develop CI capability across organization.
• Partner with Eng, Quality, and Manufacturing to prioritize opportunities.
